In celebration of our 10-year anniversary (insert mind-blown emoji), we are thrilled to debut customized phone sales training programs for select wineries and their own in-house teams.

We’ve been asked since day one to do this, but as a small team with a packed schedule, we’ve never had time or the focus to offer the caliber of training we’d feel comfortable putting our names on…until now! We have been inspired by the recent changes in remote engagement and have seen the need, receptivity and success of phone outreach explode. However, effectively and authentically engaging with customers over the phone is somewhat of a lost art and re-learning that skill is more important now than ever.

This is where we come in! With expanded opportunities for doing business the “old school” way, we are thrilled to share our decade of expertise selling wine over the phone to help you embrace and thrive in this space as well. Learning how to talk to your customers in an thoughtful, authentic and effective way will pay off in spades not just financially, but also in the amount of good will, loyalty and longevity created within your customer base. We’ve seen it in action first hand, every day, for the last ten years.

Since we will still be serving our full roster of current clients, we do not have time to waste (and neither do you) so these training programs will only be offered to specifically vetted wineries who are committed to doing the work and creating focused and consistent phone campaigns throughout the year, tracking results and progress, and establishing a robust and profitable phone-sales channel.
